Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in counselling. Ability to speak & interact clearly & professionally in English. Attractive /competitive compensation assured. Responsible for guiding students more effectively & help them in taking the right choice while selecting the course & countries.

Responsible to assist applicants by guiding the application process also for applying scholarship or other financial aid, that may be on offer to international students.
Must be able to give proper attention to each student for the preparation of Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), Motivation Letter, Resume or Curriculum Vitae as well as Essays and other essential documents and to fill the application forms.

Minimum 2 years work experience in abroad education marketing field. Excellent communication skill(especially listening skills)& patience should be a virtue worn at all times by individuals. Collect student information and must handover to Counselor team. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. Serve as a guide for students while applying and must collaborate with internal teams (counsellor’s and admission team)to address customer’s needs. Conduct workshop, seminars and also conferences designed to promote the welfare of students.

Responsible to assist students in Visa procedures. Must work closely with the students and their families to make sure the visa processing procedure hustle free to get the visa approval.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Front Office/ tele caller . Well developed communication and customer relations skills .Must help students to assign them to the respective counsellors for study abroad and should collect student information and must handover to Counselor team.
